Drunk a few glasses of champagne. Will it effect dd?

Accidently drunk more champagne than I intended. At least 2 glasses maybe 3 over the last 4 hours (at family dinner and glass kept getting topped up without me knowing ). Breast feeding - will it effect milk?

No - a good rule of thumb is that if you feel safe to be in charge of a baby, you are safe to bf, and 3 glasses of bubbly in 4 hours will be fine

It might give her expensive tastes though

I've always found DD to be a bit windy and grumpy after I drink sparkling wine, might be a coincidence but just something I thought.
Your DD might not be affected though - even if she is it wouldn't be enough of a worry for me to pump and dump.

GColdtimer · 21/05/2010 20:55
