Baby 8m old. Nipples suddenly hurting sooooo much.

The past 2 days my nipples have become cracked and are hurting so much.

I am feeding my toddler also, but only once or twice a day.

Their latches haven't changed, so why is it hurting so much?

I want to cry its so bad, it hurts to even walk as it rubs on my bra.

She is teething at the moment, and has a sore bum. Maybe its something to do with the saliva changing.

are you absolutely certain that latch hasn't got a bit sloppy? it's easy enough to do as they get older and better at latching on by themselves, baby and you both get a bit lazy at checking it.. ?
teething can also cause them to latch on a little bit differently

I get painful nipples when I ovulate. could it be that?
i don't think that would account for the cracking though, that's normally down to a poor latch or, as suggested akready, thrush

Don't think im ovulating, I think im about to come on.

The latch seems fine, I think it may be down to the teething.

Its killing me though. Have only managed to feed her once today, had to give her a couple of bottles.

I don't want my supply to suffer though, and she really misses it.
