Growth spurt followed by huge sleep?

My 5 week old has fed constantly for the last couple of days. I put him in his cot at 7pm last night to deal with my big ones, woke him at 9 to try and feed, woke him at 11 for a bottle of ebm then he fed at 315 and I tried to feed him at 6 where he took half a feed I had to express the rest and now he is still sleeping. He hasn't been properly awake in over 13 hours. I am not complaining but it's very out of character.

It would make sense that he would make up for any sleep lost during the###################################################

Makes sense to me that he would make up for any sleep he missed during the growth spurt. Let him sleep.

mine was the same - he would feed feed feed then sleep sleep sleep wake up for food go back to sleep all day it seemed. if you think about it they are growing when the sleep so they drink loads of milk then grow .
