HELP!! Just used a medicine they say not too if breastfeeding

Its only Germoloids Hydrocortisone......used the regular Germoloids lots of times since giving birth over the years, saw this one came as a spray, used it, then read NOT FOR USE IN PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING.

DS about to need a feed so I am going to feed him......should I be concerned??

A lot of medicines say that because they've not been tested on pregnant r BF-ing women. Somewhere there's a site you can check ingredients on.. kellymom I think.

this says hydrocortisone hasn't been tested but short term use is likely to be safe. I guess, provided you're not slathering it on your nipples.
