Does anybody know what it is? I just had baby 4 days ago and from beginning one of my breast was VERY sore when she latched on. That one is flat nippled so I expected it to be a bit sore than the other one, but it's still hurting and very sore everytime she feeds. Engorgement has already happened and now it has black dry hard spot on the tip where it hurts. I never had this with my first baby so if anybody has experience of it, I would love ot know how to make it better.
