Can I freeze breastmilk in a bottle?

I expressed yesterday because I needed a baby sitter for a couple of hours. The milk never got used and has been in the fridge in a sterilized Avent bottle since I expressed it.

Is it safe to put the bottle (nipple and all) in the freezer for storage? Or how would you recommend freezing it? It's the first time I have expressed.

Should be fine, that's mostly how I froze on the past too (not in bags). How long it lasts frozen depends on what kind of freezer, but at least 2 weeks in most cases.
