15mth old still on slow flow baby teats - chokes and sicks up on anything else - help!

My 15 month old is still on Avent number 2 slow flow teats (was breast fed to 12 months) for all drinks. I keep trying to move her to medium and faster flow (3 and 4) and baby drinking cups but she gulps and then is sick almost everytime (with a lot of trapped air making her arch her back like a young baby).

Any ideas or suggestions would be REALLY welcomed.

don't worry about it. If she is happy on the slow ones why worry about it?
If you keep offering a baby cup i'm sure she will start when she is ready. What sort of cups have you tried? My kids both found the ones with the open holes difficult and got on better with the ones with the valve bit on the top that you had to suck to get anything out of, we used these anyway up cup
