recommend cup/bottle for 8mo EBF baby

I have to go back to work evening so i will not be there to give my LO his bedtime feed (around) 7 ish

He has never had milk any other way apart from boob, i am now starting to worry how this is going to work.
There are so many cups on the market, are there any you can recommend to suit ? i have brought a closer to nature bottle so will give that a try aswell???

if you want to use bottles, i founnd mam bottles ( or actually, avent bottles with mam teats!) were good as the teats are flat, my dds both preferred them to the more round teats. alternatively, at 8 mo he migfht be able to drink from a doidy cup; DD1 took all her water from one of those, and i ma bout to try dd2 6mo with one.
