She cries as if in real pain and its not wind. When she has done this before she will do a massive poo (tmi, sorry) and then be ok. Poos are very runny so not like that is a problem IYSWIM.

She is struggling now and hasnt slept yet (usually sleeps from 8ish)

Is there anything I can do? She has the occasional formula bottle but hasnt since yesterday morning.

if shes crying just before a poo, i would take her to the doctors just to be safe.

Don't Panic. It's really common for little ones to have some pain when they poo. All my 3 did sometimes and one of them a lot. Cried her little heart out every time. so long as it's nice and runny when it comes out, and it will be if you breastfeed it's fine. only if you bottle feed sometimes they can get constipation but then the poo is hard.
it's awful to watch them cry but no need to worry. and I think they grow out of it quite quick
all best

my dd used to grunt and strain and make all sorts of noises and funny faces just before a poo then you'd hear the runny poo explode out! She's stooped doimg it around 10 weeks, is now 13 weeks and we can never tell when she's done one now!
