Just stopped breastfeeding - lump in neck

Wondering if anyone has come across this before - DS is 7 months, and I have been weaning him off the breast for a month, dropping one feed per week. Reason was so I could start some medication because I've been feeling very low.
Last feed was on Saturday, and for the last 2 days, I've noticed a small lump in my neck about the size of a marble, under my ear on the left. Its quite painful.
My breasts were pretty engorged for the first few days, still are a bit, but feeling more comfortable now. Do you think its related? Should I see doc?

I would definitely advise you to see a GP. Your body goes through some pretty fundamental changes when you stop (and start) breastfeeding and these can downgrade your immune system and lead to infection. What you are describing (from the size, location and speed of onset) sounds a lot like a lymphatic cyst, an infected lymph node, which should be treated with antibiotics.
