DD is 2.5 and I feel dreadful. Have to go to work this morning. Are medications like Lemsip a complete no no? What will happen?

Here is a page on cold meds. But the short summary - take what you like, particularly the non-drowsy stuff. If your daughter is 2.5 years, I would just take whatever you want.

Pseudophedrine can sometimes dry up your milk but Phenylephrine is ok. www.kellymom.com/health/meds/cold-remedy.html
