love feeding her and she hasnt been well but feel conscious now feeding her when out as she can feed quite alot

The way I look at it is that a whinging toddler will draw more attention to you both when out and about than one who is quietly nursing.

I always found that a quick (or sometimes not so quick) feed was like a reset button for my ds which made things much easier when out and about tbh.

And sometimes, eg in a cafe or whatever, he would have a quick feed and fall asleep, leaving me free to have grown up conversations with my friends.
