Pregnant and breastfeeding - no change in breasts?

I am about 10 weeks pregnant with DC3 and still breastfeeding DD (16 months) but only once or twice a day.

With both other babies I had very tender sensitive breasts which noticeably grew. This time around nothing has happened to them (or nothing noticeable). No change in size, no tenderness etc.

I dont really notice much pain when feeding - latching is a bit sore but not hugely more so than feeding a baby with 14 teeth. I dont think I have as much milk but DD is perfectly happy and doesnt 'need' it in terms of getting enough food.

Anyone else noticed a difference if they are still breastfeeding? I am presuming nothing much is happening because my breasts are already ready to go as such?

I found it was once I got to 12-13 wekks pg both times that BF got painful.

I initially found it fine but then found it painful around the 20 wk mark. In my first pg boobs grew massive & were painful but didn't grow much until the last few months second time around.
