Green breast milk and baby poops!

Advice please. I expressed a bottle of breast milk yesterday and noticed that it had a distinct green tinge. After a bit of internet research it would seem that it may be due to multivitamins that I had taken for a couple of days.
However yesterday my 4 month old went from his normal 1 poop per day to 5 and some were distinctly green - pale green.
This morning he has had two and now back to mustard colour with just a tinge of green.
DS doesn't have a temperature and is his usual smiley self, currently practicing his new skill of rolling over so I don't think he is ill in any way.
So finally the question - could the vitamins have led to the green poop and what is the increased frequency all about?

Any replies welcome. (God I never thought I would find myself posting on an internet forum about baby poop )

don't worry about it

Thanks MrsBadger, I actually saw this link from previous thread so was happy to give him the green milk but was just surprised that it affected his poop. I suppose its just like food colouring or something so would affect poops too.
First time mummy so probably a bit neurotic. Thanks
