And I know it's not safe when bfing, I do. Honestly, I was demented with the pain and ibuprofen and paracetamol just wouldn't touch it. DH made me some dispersible aspirin up and it's taken the edge of.

Foolishly, have just allowed dd to bfeed. She's 2.7 and as she latched off I realised what a twonk I am.

So, do I need to panic or will a one off be fine? I know the risks are not completely understood but it's linked to Reye's.

I'm a fool. A headachey fool. I have been googling but nothing really about idiot mothers who've already bfed their dc having taken aspirin, just warnings that you shouldn't.

toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/htmlgen?LACT will show you it is absolutely not worth any moment of angst....esp not with a toddler (as opposed to a newborn).

Hope you feel better soon

Thanks tiktok. I have a sneaking suspicion toxnet is in my favourites somewhere. I've lost brain function clearly. You're a good egg.

Happy New Year.

Oh poor you Don't worry about it. The risks are so small and you cannot put up with a migraine.
