I think I've got it. I don't experience it as severely as described here but there is definitely a very brief period when my baby latches on and starts sucking (or when I express and the milk starts to flow) when I experience a severe mood swing and feel really down. It's quite confusing when it happens because I otherwise feel absolutely fine.
Has this happened to anyone else? I can't find any scientific information on it and would be grateful if anyone else has seen any sort of article on it.
