Is he constipated? Fresh blood, strangely, is less worrisome than stale blood, as a small tear near the anus is not that rare, and hopefully not that serious.

Milk rash goes on its own, don't worry about it. My ds looked like he had acne for first 8 weeks of life, now he looks like a little peach!
