two and a half weeks to expres and stockpile milk - what is the best way to go about it?

so i need 2-3 feeds per day

Prettybird, I don't have a fridge at work, would it be OK to do that with a cool-bag, do you know?

If you've got an ice pack in it and it's a good coolbag, I would have thought so.

In fact, when I had to go on business trips to London (a whole day, as I'm in Glasgow), I just used to keep it in my bag without a cool bag, and put it straght in to the fridge when I got home in the evening. Ds never seemed to come to any harm - but not sure I would recommend it to others. You have to make to make oyur own judgement.

I will have 3 icepacks! The bag I have holds the double pump and is about the size of a laptop case, should be fine, I hope!

I imagine roll like making a thumbprint is like when the police roll your finger over to make a fingerprint. I can see how that how that would work. I never did any thumb rolling myself. I moved my thumb downwards, toward my ribs and squeezed against the fingers on the underside then and forward at the same time, but without actually sliding it over the skin, but moving the tissue IYSWIM?
