Bottle Feeding - need to find slower teats

Hi
I am hoping to get advice on finding really slow teats. My 8 week old is draining big bottles in under 10 minutes (that includes burping). I have tried Avent 1 hole teats and Pidgeon slow flow wide neck teats. Does anyone have any advice for me.
PS Merry Christmas

I've think the Avents are the slowest around. You could try making sure the white bit is tightened really well as that sometimes creats an air lock. Medela also is quite slow as meant for EBM.

Some babies are just guzzlers though. You could try stopping a few times to lenghthen out the feed if he lets you. Or usually what I do with my guzzlers is make sure they wind really well and offer a pacifier if they seem to need more sucking time. How big are the bottles and is he lasting 3-4 hourly between feeds?

The white bit was tight. He still guzzled so I changed to Pidgeon. Slightly slower. I stop the feed 3 times usually to burp. he does have a pacifier. He drinks 160 - 200 mls per bottle. Drains whatever is in there. He usually has 6 bottles a day. In the day he goes between 3 - 3.5 hourly. It depends on how much sleep he has. He is a bit of a catnapper during the day. At night he goes 4 - 6 hourly. I am mainly concerned as his weight gain is high. He has nearly doubled his birth weight at 2 months. Thanks for your advice.
