When he's finished feeding, he sort of sits back, points and laughs. I don't know what to think...Is this very common?!

Maybe it looks like a smiley face?

Maybe it is his way of showing a little appreciation?

I like that. It's preferable to thinking that my nipples are laughable...

my 9 week old DS smiles at my nipple during feeds - it's lovely i take it as a sign of appreciation!

his smiling is lovely i mean - not my nipple!

My 6mo has a little chat to mine either when she's finished or mid way through feed. Cute at home but embarassing when out particulatly as she cranes her neck back before doing so leaving me rather exposed!
She's very serious in her conversation with them I'd love to know what she's saying

DD does this - she is nearly 15 months. She will then try and ping them or wobble them then laughs

I remember DS doing it at this age just before he weaned. It seemed that he just started to find them funnier and funnier and one day just gave me this look that said 'you expect me to do what with that' . Not saying your DS is about to wean though - could well be just the age as DD is showing no signs!
