Anyone breastfeeding and pregnant? moral support please...

I'm breastfeeding my 7 month DD and recently found out I'm pregnant again. Currently experiencing very painful boobs and nipples and feeding is becoming a challenge - especially at night when I sit feeding and also fretting about how we are going to cope with 2 (even though in the main I am overjoyed and this was planned, even if it has happened rather quickly!). Anyone else been through this or in a similar position?

I am 27 weeks pg, and ds still feeds.

But he is 4yo, so a different situation to yours I would say. I can say, look, open wide, mummy has sore boobs, or refuse him milk and he will understand.

Have you had a read of Adventures in Tandem Nursing by Hilary Flower? There might be some words of wisdom in there to help guide you through it.
