Why are there always bubbles/froth in my 12 week old DDs saliva?

Googled and am v confused. Is this normal? I don't remember my other three being so 'bubbly'

my 10 week old has this too- i put it down to early teething?

Ds had this in spades but he had reflux, and it was related.

If she doesn't have any other symptoms and it doesn't seem to make her uncomfortable I wouldn't worry.
