8 wks switching BF to EBM wind & green poo

Hi all,

DS is 8 weeks old and I have been successfully BF since birth. He has consistant weight gain.

I am now returnimg to work (albiet fron home) and started to EBM so husband can feed while I am working.

I am expressing fine (about 100ml per breast). However, when I try to feed him from EBM bottle he is not interested at all.
Only offer about 40ml so I dont waste too much.

Also DS has lots of wind and bubbly green poo. Would this coincide with EBM being given?

Is there a bottle teat / beaker that will help DS take EBM? I would like to continue BF for as long as poss as I failed with my DD in 2003.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I'd recommend Dr Brown's bottles as they are anti-colic - they have a special device to minimise air being taken in with the milk, so that might help against wind. My BF DS took to these bottles really well (just did some feeds with family members when I went out for the evening).
