Toddler with diarrheoa, possible hormones in breastmilk?

I suspect that I may be pregnant, early days though, and for the past 5 days my 1yr old DS has had massive runny nappies. Does anyone know of a connection between this and early pregnancy hormones present in the breastmilk? Is it a possibility or something else I should be concerned about. Advice much appreciated, thankyou.

Unrelated, so look for another cause for the runny nappies.

congrats if you are pregnant.
