Hello all,

I hope you can help me with a few question.

Ds now 6mo. I have mix fed and am now looking to next stage of milk but not sure if i need to go on to follow on milk or just stay with what im on iyswim.

Also, my ds is a terrible sleeper and someone suggested good night milk. Im not sure if its a marketing ploy or if it will really help him. Has anyone had any experience?

TIA

You can just stay with whatever he is on already. Follow-on is IMO a product invented to circumvent the ban on advertising formula for babies under 6mo. They make a Big Deal over the highe iron content but it isn't absorbed properly anyway (so can make babies constipated) and there are far better sources of iron in actual food at this age!

Oh,

I see.

Thank you very much for that link. Glad I never bought it now!
