Fed him 2 hours ago, just puked up a load of clear liquid. Thicker than water. Is that ok?

my dd has done that twice now - watery/milky mix just gushed out
i asked hv the first time - was told its fine

I am having a lot of this with my 7 week old. Think if they have had a big drink they get a lot of foremilk, which is pretty much water anyway.

well if i haven't i should be getting more sleep than this!
