Baby with white tongue - normal or fungal?

My 6 wks DS has always had a coating of white on his tongue. Everywhere else inside his mouth is pink. Very happy chap and feeding well, although posseting more this week.

I thought it was because he breastfeeds around the clock, but it's just occurred to me that it might be thrush, as it looks a bit patchy. If so should I bother the HV & can we actually do anything about it? Don't remember DD having this...

My DD was the same at about the same age, I mentioned it to the Midwife and they swabbed it. It came back clear. I would probably mention it to HV just incase.
