hi i stopped bf my toddler about 4 mths ago and avoided mastitus. One of my boobs about 2 wks later leaked out a whole load of milk like it had almost popped in one go but the other boob never did. The last mth my left side still feels almost engorged and sore and it really hurts still wearing underwired bras. I did not have a break from bf and pg so for 4 years was either pg or bf so dont know if somehow there is some milk left? I did not know if anyone else had experienced this or if i should see a doc or nurse? My husband and i are not having any children so am defo not pg
Any advice please
