10-day-old starting to throw up whole feeds (or what looks like)

Any advice? Too much milk? (I don't think I have a particulalry fast let-down - have never needed breast pads and don't realy leak). Reflux?

For a bit more background, this is my second ds. First suffered from silent reflux. This one seems somewhat unsettled but generally ok. Sometimes normal posetting, sometimes whole feeds. A few projectile vomits, but other times non-projectile. Sometimes seems in pain, someitmes not.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

A friend's baby did this, although was several weeks older than your little one, and was eventually diagnosed with a pyloric stenosis (narrowing of the gut) preventing milk passing through. It became more prononounced as the baby got older as obviously large feeds were involved and that's when they got a diagnosis and the baby had an operation to correct the problem.

Might be a bit early at 10 days but thought I'd mention it anyway, leave no stone unturned and all that.

My ds was like this and was diagnosed with a floppy larynx. It gradually got better as he got older. Unless it is really serious the dr is reluctant to refer though as does fix itself.

My DS was also v puky. With him it was just a case of an overfull tummy combined with a burp. He never seemed bothered by it. I,on the other hand, would be most displeased at seeing the last of my milk dripping onto the floor...
No advice really but just saying might not be reflux this time. Could talk to your GP in the morning if you're worried, to set your mind at rest if nothing else.

Thanks all - might give it a few more days then, seeing as he is variable in this respect (i.e. not throwing up every feed and generally seems pretty ok, if a little unsettled).. then might discuss with GP.
