Born free bottles- are they the same as Dr Brown's?

I was wondering, as the thread title says, if anyone knew if 'Born Free' bottles were the same as 'Dr Brown's'? They look the same.

I used Dr Brown's with DS and would like to buy some new teats for when baby no. 2 comes along.

I've searched for Dr Brown's online, but have only found one place stocking them,and the packaging seems old, so I'm wondering if Dr Brown's have been rebranded as Born Free.
