We brush his teeth twice a day but before his night time milk. Are we setting him up for a life time of fillings????

It wouldn't bother me tbh. Soundslike a nice way to drop off.

what sort of milk?

tryingtobemarypoppins · 28/07/2009 20:08

Follow on, he is 19 months.

He is finding it hard to sleep at nursery so I suggested they try giving him some milk before his nap and finishing the last drop in his cot. They said it was againist their healthy child policy

My 15 month old has only ever ever ever fallen alseep on the breast. I brush his teeth before the final feed of the day, and after breakfast in the morning.

I do wonder about the effect on his teeth.

I did hear of a woman who used to brush after every night feed .

I have given my lo milk in her cot, brushed her teeth before and they look fine, though she wont let the dentist anywhere near them and screams when he comes near.
