Just thinking my immune system could do with a kick up the arse - would it be a problem? DS is 11m and not feeding hourly anymore - just. Would it benefit his immune system too?

Have found this but it's not much use. I'm also taking ADs so am not sure why am worried about a bit of short term echinacea use, but I could be wrong?

hi bohemia.

My DD is 6m and so only just started Weaning. Asked my Doc who advised against it. Said not proven whether passes in BM and Unknown effects on baby. i guess the dosage is for an adult & not a child??

i used to take it lots after having g.fever - great stuff!!!
