excl BF baby now 7 months, eating lots of food. Should I use some formula or cows milk with baby's cereal?

I can not express

full fat cows milk is fine with cereal from 6 months

I've been making baby rice with full fat cow's milk, as far as I know it's okay as long as it's not as a drink.

Cow's milk is not recommended as a drink until they are about 12 months as it is too filling and doesn't have enough nutrients. Breast or formula is better.
However from 6 months cows milk is fine in cereal and cooking :D
