At how many weeks pregnant could you get start to get milk drips at night?

Am nearly 32 weeks. Waking up with small circular stains on my tops but just from one side. Is this likely to be milk?

Have had a breast reduction, so any positive signs are a bonus. Is this just coming from one side a negative do you think?

Sounds like what happened to me. Also just from one side to start from.

I had leaks from 17 weeks in my 1st pregnancy. Definitely milk.
