What is the best way to move from formula to cows milk?

DD is 1yo tomorrow and I am keen to introduce cows milk instead of formula for her morning and evening feeds.

She has had it on breakfast from 6mo. Do I just go for it or do it gradually to get her used to it?

I did it one at a time i.e. for the first few days I did cows milk in the morning and then formula in the evening. I then did cows milk for both feeds. Neither dd or ds seemed to notice the difference.

At 12 months I just switched over to giving ds cows milk for breakfast and lunch (he was already having these feeds in a beaker) and a month later I dropped his bottle before bed. He didn't appear to notice the difference.

Thanks, I did consider just doing it. I will see how it goes.

I added cows milk to the formula over about 1 week increasing the ratio of cows milk to formula every other day until it was just cows milk - dd didn't seem to notice
