Milk from areola - am I a freak?

Does anyone else have this? Have just had ds2 a week ago and the same thing happened with ds1. On my left areola, halfway between the edge and the nipple, I have 4 bumps and they all produce milk. Only a drop at a time that I've seen, although I don't know what happens when ds is latched on. Also this morning one of the bumps on the very edge of that areola leaked some milk as well.. is this really strange or just uncommon? Or does everyone have it?

I used to get this too -just little "beads" of milk would appear

Oh and I was all ready to ring the Guinness Book of Records.
I meant to ask the lactation consultant at the hospital about it but I forgot. Looked it up in my breastfeeding book and it's not mentioned anywhere, but I knew Mumsnet would know!

When I used to express milk with DS1 I used to watch milk squirting out from the bumps around the nipple. It was very soothing to see the milk squirting out! I always imagined it was normal because the baby is supposed to take that area into the mouth as well as the nipple.
