How many cup sizes do you think I need to go up? 2? 3? 4?!! The old norks haven't grown much in ages really so I dare order my parachutes first size feeding bras. I can't wait until the baby's born because I need to get them shipped over from the UK...

Hi, sound like u have same problem I had when pregnant with DS & DD! I was a 34FF throughout my pregnancies and when breastfeeding only went up to a G cup. They soon deflated after I stopped!!! Good luck x

With DD my norks were MASSIVE when my milk came in and went down to a 34FF again after a few weeks. Unfortunately the first size bras I got last time were totally the wrong size so I'm at a loss as to what I should go for this time...

The only BF bras that go bigger than an F that I've found over here a 45 euros each and only available in beige

Only a suggestion but why not order a G and a H online from UK(loads of decent ones over here - try Bravissimo)and then send back the one that doesnt fit? Cant imagine u would go up more than 2 cup sizes would u? Always thought reason that I only went up one cup size cos I am already huge when not pregnant!!

I was a 34FF and I went up to 34J. I'm amazed I could stand.

Yeah, Bravissiomo is fab, that's where I was planning to order.

34J

I've still got the totally wrong sized bras from last time - the size has washed off the label. Any ideas on how I can work out what size they were? I think if I knew that I might be able to work out what size to get this time...

Hi,

Before getting pregnant I was a 32DD, at the end of my pregnancy I was wearing a 36F, due to the amount my ribs expanded, as I didn't put on a massive amount of weight.

Within 3 days of the birth of my son, my ribs had gone back down completely and when I went to get a feeding bra after the birth, I was measured as a 32H - effectively this is the same boob size cup-wise as when I was late stages of pregnancy. The only change was the back size. Admittedly, when my milk first came in and I was engorged - I was at least 2 cup sizes bigger, but this lasted only for a few days - certainly less than a week.

So my advice would be to consider your back size before pregnancy too, and my experience was that the cup size didn't change much at all.

Hope it helps!
