Are there special teats for babies with cleft palate?

My friend has asked me to ask...
Her sister lives in Iraq. She has recently had a baby with a cleft palate and they are having feeding problems. She isn't getting much in the way of help afaik, so my friend said she would try and find out about special teats that she could maybe send on to her. Her GP and HV couldn't help.
Anyone have any knowledge at all? Many thanks.
