Breastfeeding and antihistamines or other hayfever remedies

I've had a look at the Breastfeeding Network leaflet here but am still not sure what the effects of the antihistamines that do get through to DS will be. What are the risks?

I'm uncomfy with rhinitis and itchy face, but it's not that bad, so should I suck it up? Or get some medicine?

I was given a steroid nasal spray (Rhinocourt Aqua?) that my GP assured me was safe for Breastfeeding. It was good enough to not need oral medication, although I did sometimes use an eyewash if eyes got too bad.

I used Flixotide nasal spray. Oral antihistamines can dry your boobs up apparently...

Thanks Milliways and minko, sorry I didn't get back to the thread. If it gets worse, I'll see the GP.
