Away with the fairies since stopping BF

Didn't know whether to post here or health, here won

I breastfed for over 2 years, stopping gradually (DD self-weaned), since when I've had a couple or three days mid-cycle when I've been so vague it's like I'm not here.

Coincidence? Anyone else experienced it? I'm hoping it's something to do with hormones and it'll settle, because I'm used to being a bit sharp most of the time!

Hmm... I find it difficult to hold thoughts in my head atm... (ds is 12 wo, bf) and I found this with dd too.
I am usually known for my intelligence (in rl... not on here!) so it is infuriating... I put it down to lack of sleep though.

Yes, I noticed a bit of slowing down when I was tired, but this is since stopping, and it's "lost weekend" type of thing. There's a couple of days when I'm "wha?? who am I?"

Hmmm, I'm in the middle of stopping at the moment and now you say it, perhaps I am a bit vague at the moment. It's hard to be sure.

I will keep an eye out for it.

Sorry if this is too vague. Might be hard to get a useful answer on this one

Does no-one have an answer?
Are there really only 3 of us in the world with this?
