DS (13 months) suddenly boob addict now that I'm pg

From about two days before I found out I was pg (am 10 wks) DS has gone from one feed in morning and one feed in evening to following me around saying booby and shoving his hands down my top every three seconds. Has this happened to anyone else? He's otherwise well and eating normally(whatever normal is!) but he just cannot get enough. I don't really want to be doing this full-time again at this point....I feel really sick and it doesn't help.

Sometimes toddlers report that the tste changes during pregnancy. Perhaps he's enjoying the new flavour? Some mums also find their supply dips a bit -often from the 2nd trimester, but sometimes right away. some babies respond to this by wanting more frequent feeds, just as they would when trying to increase your supply. Only, in pregnancy it's unlikely that your supply will respond in the same way.

Have you seen this great site?

tste = taste

Thanks for that. Am guessing by the sheer number of nappies it isn't supply so must just be taste. Hmm.

has he discovered that youR breasts are permanently there under your top? i think at that stage they get a bit difficult as they realise its there and demand it!

i have managed to keep ds to one am and pm feed but if i have a low cut top on or get changed in front of him HE will whinge and want more so i just try not to let him see

how are your days going? i know your pg and tired, are you at home more? with less distractions he might request more bf just because he can?

LD- How are you? Yes, he knows they're there regardless. Maybe that's all it is. I only cave about 1 in 6 times, but still...
