I am due in a few weeks and ds will be two about then as well. He is well off bottles now but I have kept them all as you do along with all the different teat sizes etc. Should I throw everything out and start again for dd or can I get away with using things again. Just worried that plastic etc might have aged although it does all look ok. Am planning to breast feed for the first six months with just the nighttime bottle but want to have planned for everything!

our ds 2 is 17 months and he had all new as his brother was 3.5. (He had one bottle of formula a day so not many to get rid of)

I am 29 weeks with ds 3 and he'll get all new due to the plastic issue. (will do the 1 bottle things again)

it depends how you feel about the BPA issue as chances are that your old bottles will contain it. Re: teats - I would definitely use new ones rather than ones your other lo has used.

We just changed the teats.

If you are only planning to do one bottle feed at night, just buy two new ones and if BF doesn't work out then you can add to them. I saved all DD bottles am due in August and am just going to bin them. It seemed a good idea to save them at the time.
