Stopped night feeds, how long before my boobs feel so full?

DD's just started sleeping through the night but I've been getting up at about 2ish to feed her cos I'm soooo full. Anyone know how long it takes before boobs settle down and don't make so much milk if it's not needed? I hate that she's getting a full night's sleep and I still can't!

For many women it will only be a matter of a few days. If she is not waking for a feed, and you are uncomfortable in the middle of the night, hand express just a bit for comfort; as little as possible. A good supportive bra worn at night for a few nights may help with the feeling of fullness also, but avoid underwire bras.

It took mine 10 days to 2 weeks to settle. I found a nice hot bath before bed gave them a chance to relieve the pressure. Any excuse hey
