DD will be 7 months in 7 days time, she's had a cough and cold of varying severity for about a month. It effected her milk feeds slightly to start with as she couldn't breathe properly but saline nose drops helped with that. I can't say whether her solids would've reduced as she just started BLW so nothing was really going in anyway.

Over the weekend she added Conjunctivitis to her woes and although she seems quite happy in herself she is now taking about a quarter of the amount of milk she normally would. She is breastfed so obviously I can't be completely sure, but she's only taking one side instead of both and she's also reduced the instances she's at the breast by at least half. She is also not at all interested in solids where as she was really getting the hang of it and her nappies were showing that she was swallowing a lot.

Sorry for the life story, but I am now getting quite worried that she's not getting enough nourishment. The doc didn't seem concerned but that hasn't made me feel any better about it tbh ..... any advice would be welcome.

Thanks.

Uhhg, just tried giving her a bottle of BM and she projectile vomited the whole lot straight back out before she'd even finished the bottle and finished off with a couple of lovely dry wretches just to let me know that she was completely empty. Lovely!
