URGENT ADVICE NEEDED:Very thick formula-which teats should i use?

Ds is nearly 14 weeks and on Cow and Gate Comfort (VERY thick formula to help reduce his silent reflux) we have been using Dr. Brown bottles with fast flow teats.DS is needing a faster flow but as there isnt one available so in a moment of madness i heated a needle and tried to make the hole a little bigger but managed to f**k them all by making the holes too big.
Dh has suggested the Avent Airflex as it says it suitable for thicker liquids but will the fast flow setting be faster than Dr browns?
Clear as mud eh?!
Any help will be great as i'm at my wits end.

Any teats should be fine you will just need to get the "age" up, I used size 2 and 3's with aptamil comfort - also v.thick.

you can get Y-cut dr brown teats from amazon (I saw they were sold out on the dr browns website)

differentEggD · 03/04/2009 20:16

get the y-cut teats- there's no chance of holes clogging up that way.

the avent vari-flow teats are supposed to be good for thick liquids too.

Just tried to order the y cut teats and they want to charge £20 P&P anywhere else sell them.
