Not really. I found that they still leaked, just round the edges instead of in the middle. And if you get a strong letdown the milk still gets out and then they come unstuck.

They won't make any difference to your need for huge maternity bras either.

BUT things will get better, at the moment your supply is adjusting, your boobs haven't got used to feeding. Your milk supply will settle down and the leaking will get less by itself, this isn't for ever.

Congratulations on your new baby.

I use asda disposable pads, they're fine. Morrisons ones are rubbish and stick to your skin in a nasty way.

Is the leaking mostly when you are feeding from the other breast? Or leaking between feeds?

For leaking while feeding I'd def recommend some breast shells like these

But they aren't really suitable to wear for hours on end. Otherwise I would just pop a towel under you in bed, wear thin tops that will dry quickly when you wash them, and it will calm down as your milk supply settles fairly soon.

And get a few extra nursing bras, so you can wash as often as you need, that soggy milky feeling is rotten isn't it.
