Have had what I think is a blocked duct for 2 days now - v painful breast, red patch and feeling fluey - thought I was developing mastitis but pain in breast has eased overnight although still feel rotten - do you think it'll clear up on its own now or should I see dr? Really don't want to take antibiotics but can't be too ill as have to look after dcs. What do you think?

Try hot flannels and massaging the area while bf.

I suffered from blocked ducts a lot with dd2 and this always worked for me.

If it doesn't go in a few days and becomes worse then antibiotics may be necessary.

Don't wait too long though. If you feel fluey or have a fever I personally would go see the gp/ Better safe than sorry. Mastitis can become really bad quite quickly and the last thing you'd want is to end up in hospital.
