extended bfeeders - How long did it take for your milk to dry up?

I stopped feeding my ds after 22 mths on December 6th (I had my 2nd miscarriage in 3 months on that day and just felt I needed to stop - ds didn't mind thankfully )

But it is nearly 4 months now and I still get milk if I squeeze a nipple. I'm not sure how much because I haven;t wanted to try to hard to find out and stimulate it at all esp as we are still ttc.

Am starting to wonder if the continued milk production may be hindering ttc or if there is another problem?

Any ideas?

Thanks x

Stopped about 18 months, never thought to squeeze. Just don't squeeze? So long as you're not leaking it's not a problem is it?
sorry about the miscarriages, I'm not a doctor so have no idea about conception/miscarriage, but I wouldn't have thought it had anything to do with it.
3rd time lucky?
