Stopping BFing at 12 months, how do I go about it?

Feeding mainly first and last thing, often he doesn't seem very bothered. Would you recommend follow on or cow's milk? He is a good weight and eats well. We use a beaker for his water (he doesn't get on with bottles) and he gets plenty of dairy in his diet.

I think it's generally accepted that if your dc has a decent diet follow on milk's primary purpose is to get your pennies into C&Gs pockets.

Full-fat milk is fine after 12 months for a main drink.
