effective sleep remedies safe for breast feeding?

Hi

i am problems getting back to sleep after my DS's night time feed. does anyone know of any sleep remedies (ideally something you can take e.g. tablets) that are safe for breastfeeding as all the other things (e.g. lavender pillowa, herbal baths etc which dont work!)?

I normally take Nitebalm (mix of passionflower, lemon balm, hops, lavender & valerian) but apparently a few of the herbs are not recommended for BF (e.g passionflower, lemon balm - can decrease milk supply, valerian - can make babies sleepy so dont feed that well etc etc)

thanks very much

Hi

When I did the evening feeds some nights I could not sleep so ended up being awake. Then I found a spray to help you sleep. You put it on the pillow. Think I got it from boots, its a lovely mint scent that worked for me.
